That doesn`t seem to be a point of discussion now that their patent portfolio has and is being monitized.
EDIG needs to sell just 4000 eVUs to hit profitability, not to mention the ``potential`` of the PATENTS in a portable flashed based marketplace that continues to expand exponentially.
