Paul, let me choose this post to chime in, because I respect you and sunpoop equally at much. (A lot!) First, it is a good time to respond because your post wss really well-written and I agree with all of it, including the part where Fred had a large contribution towards, at least the survival of the company, and times were, and are, really tough for our company. The following is total conjecture on my part after reading an untold number of posts on various boards and many peoples opinions-for years.

Bill Boyer did a fantastic job of having contacts, an idea for a concept, following through and then wroking his tail off to sell to those many airlines single-handedly. I remember reports of him being in the air constantly demonstrating and SELLING! Then he was smart enough to cash in for whatever amount. You guys know I am pretty upset with the Wencor situations and the way BOW totally screwed it all up from start to finish.

The Maycom debacle, for whatever reasons it was caused, gave Wencor the opportunity to further damage Edig and give Digecor more time, as an excuse for the current lawsuit, and I think THAT SUIT has severely impacted whatever plans eDig. had to press forward from sales over the past few months. I am not expecting anything earth shaking in the near future, except for my hopes that something goes well for us on the I.P. front. Hell, maybe when I turn 60, and it has been a full 10 year investment, I will be able to figure out what I DID WRONG ON MY OWN, or I just may be one happy guy! GLTA
