Given past press releases from both e.Digital and Mezzo, it really seems like there should have been some customer and/or eVU order announcements by now. Are such announcements likely this month? This quarter? What about manufacturing facility progress... when is the capability for volume production due to be in place? Is the DigEcor lawsuit seriously hampering efforts to conduct and/or finalize business?

Thank you for your e-mail. We will be addressing some of these questions in company communications this quarter.

A 10-Q is due by 08/15. WAEA is 09/12-15. Just five weeks ago, they stated: ``With volume eVU production on track to begin next quarter with our U.S. manufacturer, we look forward to releasing order details as we receive the consent of our customers.``

Hard to know what to think at this point. Even with the lawsuit (aside from apparent statements that it is creating concerns among customers), things would appear to be shaping up fairly well for a little near-term success. But relative silence and lack of details have never been positive indicators. I can`t help but begin to wonder whether they`re on the cusp of actually delivering something or are we in for another round of excuses?
