Between poor planning by Ryanair for not knowing their costumers base (non-English speaking) then reading Ryanair saying that they had no problems with the digEplayer, that they were giving the multi language players another shot at a lower, IMO more reasonable rate (Ryanair got very greedy at $10) and possibly Ryanair angling for a better deal on a full roll out, I am no longer concerned. While we may lose a customer (I doubt it, but it is possible) it is not the fault of the digEplayer.
BTW $5 bucks is nothing these days and you know it. When was the last time you went anywhere and had to pay for something? $5 for an hour or two entertainment? Exorbitant! LOL Add in if children are along (they mentioned low rate of children flying during trials) it is well worth it. I am confident the next test results will be positive.
