Yes, but apparently an issue that is explained by MAYCOM bearing the burden, as neither EDIG nor digecor could get them to perform even after payments were made. Once that runs its course EDIG should be cleared...jmho. How much of the responsibility EDIG should bear if any, of course, is in the hands of the courts...but it looks rather straight forward.
It will be interesting to see if MAYCOM recovers and delivers.
