I am not an expert on these filings, but I think the date(s) of sale would require another filing for officers of the company.

EDIG has a ton of shares outstanding and it will take a large pile of revenue to get the pps to golf tourney status. Maybe just a pps move north would be a good start should the sales of eVU actually move to ``volume`` orders by the end of this year. It will take black ink to move much, IMO.

IMO, the key will be getting the Wencor mess behind them -- at least in the near term. EDIG is in a tough spot until they can clear themselves of the injuntive issues. IMO, the Wencor stuff is BS past the non delivery issue. If that is resolved via Maycom coming through (big IF?), the case seems to be total crap if the EDIG stated agreements are valid. No proof their claims are not.

Once the delivery issue is resolved, it will be interesting to see where and if Boyer makes a grand entrance.
