RP pointed out the obvious that this is just the first step and provides us a better opportunity to get the matter resolved perhaps a little more quickly. My thought was we have a better chance of not getting ``home courted.`` We all would like to think our judiciary is above personal influence but I trust a federal court away from Wencor`s home base much more than I do a court in the home town boy`s backyard.
