Rant away. It does a body good...especially if one partakes of your moniker (18 yr?). If anything was ever true, it is that it takes a thick skin to hang with the EDIG longs. Of course, the alternatives are damaged goods with the exception of OZ`s AB board.

As for EDIG`s legal ills being moved to the Federal court system, that is good news....not as likely to get a fair deal in Wencor`s back yard. I hope, but have no idea, this is a faster track.

It will be interesting to see what happens as motions are filed. I know we believe the case is total BS. I trust we can convince a court of the same. Anything can happen in a court room as there are no sure bets. If Boyer is on our side - my guess is he would like to stick it to Wencor -- that would be a big plus, IMO.

A quick end to this mess means X months???? I am sure there is no exact answer, but anyone have a clue on this?

There will be scheduling hearings, then more meetings, then a trail if no deal is cut or the case found frivolous. In PTSC`s J3 case, which is on the East TX Rocket Docket, the trial is now set for mid 2007. Not exactly a speeding train of justice. EDIG cannot afford to be in limbo with potential customers that long. Wencor knows this and will attempt to prolong the process, IMO.
