is not one of being tied up legally but rather that customers are apprehensive about taking on a product that could possibly be yanked out from under them by a court. I am sure prospective customers can look at the same legal filings we see and feel pretty confident that this is basically a meritless case, but there still is that lingering fear of the unknown.
