`e.Digital taking a more active role in getting our story out.` Please note I am paraphrasing but I have the intent spelled out pretty succinctly I believe. Basically, everything is on hold because of the Wencor fiasco. Robert admitted to me, without naming names of course, that several digeplayer customers are very annoyed with Wencor and have, in fact, made inquiries to e.Digital re: evu. With the case now in federal court, e.Digital is doing everything possible to move the case along. It is, in fact, delaying some customers from commiting to the evu. While these delays are not necessarily permanent, any salesman will tell you that ABC is the key to being a fat (eating well) salesman. ``Always Be Closing`` is hard to do when you have a pinhead thinking he owns a ballfield because he bought a hot dog and beer. Robert assured me that they want Wencor out of the way and that there are a great many opportunities beyond Mezzo when the frivilous law suit is resolved. He was extremely positive about the pace with which the patent review is moving. Since he knew that I was also a PTSC shareholder he pointed out the most striking difference between the two. e.Digital owns the patent portfolio outright. There are no other issues to resolve other than identifying infringers and getting them put on notice. He did not discuss possible IP firms that might assist in this endeavor. I do not know if e.Digital is contemplating going it alone or would partner with someone like TPL. Also notice I said ``LIKE`` TPL. Do not turn this into ``Kirk said we are on with TPL.`` I have no idea as to the possibility of TPL being involved and Robert wouldn`t elaborate. Pretty much sums up our conversation. I told Robert I had just bought more shares and he said `if you recall I ponied up a while back and I am excited for the future. We just have to get this Wencor thing behind us.` Best to all
Kirk
