Nope, I read that passage. However, I should have stated earlier that most of these web sites do not use a direct credit card payment to ``fund`` your account. They use a third party service....ummm, at least the two sites which I was told about. Of course, without first hand knowledge. ;)>

So, the credit card companies don`t know who actually gets the funds. I`m told that your statement just has a company name with no indication of an online sports betting site. That`s why I asked the Winke clan. They have experience in that world and even with some of the tech used.

I think this is all huff and no puff, just another political ploy like ``welfare reform`` or ``tax simpification`` or ``border control.`` Those worked out so well. lol
