You`re right, this guy is either extremely flakey or there is a method to his madness. Spewing such conflicting numbers and statements to the press is baffling. On the one side, maybe he is just a flake; on the other side, this guy didn`t get THAT rich and achieve his position by being an extreme flake (though weirder things have happened). He is more than likely angling for something, whether it be a better negotiating position to buy more digEs or (dare I say it?) more EDIG stock (along the lines of my ``wild speculation``).

As for the PPS jump from his prior statements, very possible IMO. It wasn`t just his order, but the statements strongly endorsing/promoting the device.

Back to wild speculation scenario... Maybe he bought EDIG before those statements and cashed in after (30-50% gain), and now is doing a reverse to pick up many more shares before another reversal in statements or placing a large order for digEs. I KNOW, pretty wild! But isn`t that how the big boys get bigger (leveraging the power of their words)?
