Am taking the Ryan announcement with a grain of salt. This is the same guy who earlier had said that the rentals were running at 30%. Whats changed? 30% to 3%?...... doubt it. He is posturing for some reason....lower costs? Have no idea WHAT is going on but it aint kosher. This guy didnt know his market inre: foreign languages? BS. Funny stuff going with this guy.
