If they are accumulating since Dec 27th, by now they would have more than enough to require them to register their shares.
I still think we are dealing with a large entity selling. How can you explain the pps going from $.33 down to $.20 over this period of time.
Where would they find enough individuals holding 10 million shares to sell over a four to five week period?
