``To not see the value of APS, is to insult the inteligence of WENCOR``.

LOL

LL was on the right track IMO when he suggested that Wencor may have bought the wrong company..lOL

The more APS brings to the table, it lessens e.Digitals value IMO in regard to IFE. OK, Boyer came up with the concept and basic design of the digEplayer. Some even say that his partner came up with the security. They also got the studios (based on security). Now if one believes all that what did e.Digital do that another company could not? Either e.Digital brings something of super importance to the table. Indispensable, or we are replaceable. OR Boyer had a vision, made some sketches on a napkin, talked it over with a friend who recommended e.Digital...e.Digital did most of the work with our expertise and Boyer the salesman sold the idea to the studios and some airlines.

In the first scenario, APS is worth millions, but what about e.Digs worth on the project? In the second scenario, what is APS worth..what is e.Digitals worth towards the project?

Then we have imbedded IFE. How much of this is Boyer as compared to e.Digital, Wencor and some others? My guess is Boyer had very little to do with this..so why toss millions at him?

Again, I put much more value on e.Digitals contribution to the digEplayer and IFE than I do APS. I own e.Digital stock, not APS or Wencor. For e.Digital to benefit substantially from this, our role MUST be indispensable, which I believe it is. More so at THIS point in time than Boyer. Just my opinion
