I beleive your description of current Board`s composition is accurate. But that is the way WOODY wants it. As you may recall, one off shoot of your attempt was the doubling of the number of outstanding shares. Now you will need at least 26 million shares to DEMAND a seat on the Board...

There is a lot of history, and gossip, about WOODY NORRIS, who considers himself the modren day Thomas Edison, and the movers and shakers of Silicon Valley who considered most of his ideas brash to say the least...

As we have seen, there is nothing wrong with the EDIG technology. The singular reason this company has not seen the light of day is tied up with foregoig dichotomy.

This company will be a minor player even if it sells all the eVUs it can produce. And that is not a picture WOODY will be happy with...

Monetizing the IP is what we are looking for, a la PTSC, to get EDIG to where WOODY would wish it, and then we can all hope to make some money too...

IMO the script for where EDIG is headed is already written and we as shareholders would save ourselves a lot of stress if we accepted that fact. That leaves us with only one decision. Do we want to ride this WOODY train to the end? Or, do we want to get off as soon as we feel it is time to do so...

WOODY seems to have had the upper hand in couple of his comapnies thus far. I am sticking it out for that reason, and the fact that IMO the market place is catching up with EDIG tech...
