On June 20th Messo CEO said he can deliver his turn key system in 8 weeks...

From what we know he has all the peaces put together, and he is ready to deliver in 8 weeks...

He has eVU lined up. He has Rolls Royce backing him up. He has his multilingual content all lined up...

So, WHERE IS THE ``puffery!?``...
