The very first time I read the clause...I said to myself...why would they give an option allowing for an existing application or new proprietary?

They were not particular of what they wanted...kind of like shrug saying...do what you think best....or was this agreement last minute thrown together as a deterrent ?

Along with that...this agreement is for only one layer of security...post production encryption....what about the other layers prior and after this layer that are part of the DigEplayer ?
