Couple of tidbits...

I spent almost two hours with RP last Thursday at EDig`s new office. Wasn`t much to look at as the place they moved into was a shell and the owner is building it out to suit EDig`s taste...Not done yet but getting there.

I will not be writing any long ``info blurbs`` as I have in the past. I will not subject myself to questions of my ``veracity`` on this board any longer. You can trust what I have to say or not, that`s your decision.

As I have said all along I don`t believe RP has ever lied to me. He does not answer any where near all my questions because he cannot due to ``insider crap``. However in two hours I believe I found out quite a bit.

In essence I am a true EDig believer. I think this company is going to be successful. I don`t doubt it....That`s where I am coming from so if that doesn`t suit well with your negative convictions then just pass me by...It won`t bother me a bit..

Three things is all for this post.

1. I knew todays annoucement was coming and what the subject was. Just not the ``who`` I asked RP if he knew of any IP infringers, he replied ``yes``. I asked him how did he know that and his answer was vague and not informative except for one thing that some of you who are good at investigating might wish to pursue. He said ``Frank we have multiple sources looking into this for us. The very first place and MOST enlightening, is to look at another company`s patent request THAT REFER TO EDIGITALS PATENT IN THEIR APPLICATION. They are all out there and a good many are targets as we speak. Those are where the IP infringers are.

2. The funds from BOW`S order for the 1250 DP`s is in limbo. It has not been accounted for by EDigital since delivery of the product has to occur before an accounting of those funds can take place. RP told me they have a FIRM committment from Maycom for an August delivery date. (However EDig is still pursuing legalities in Korea to insure this happens) When the 1250 are delivered those funds will be accounted for that quarter, so if the units are delivered in August EDig already has a sizeable bit of income already.

3. I asked again where the IFE interest was coming from, EDig`s beating the bushes or airlines contacting EDig directly. He said both. We then got into the eVu verses the DP and have airlines who are already dealing with BOW by using the DP doing any of the calling. He said ``yes`` I then asked if Alaska air was one of them, his answer was a firm, definite, ``NO COMMENT``. The only time in our entire two hour conversation he used that phrase....So take it for what it`s worth. I know what I think.

One other thing that I was mistaken on from past posts. I had assumed EDig was going to handle any business with the renting of the eVu`s and carrying the ongoing monthly income themselves. That was incorrect and misunderstood by me. When EDig makes a ``sale`` of the eVu`s that`s exactly what it is. The buyer can purchase outright or go through EDig`s financial partner by passing credit, etc...and be able to put much less money out to obtain the unit. The financial partner then pays EDig ``in full`` and the purchaser pays its monthly payment to the financial partner with EDig no longer being involved in that aspect.

However, EDig is still involved with the customer regarding warranty work, content refreshing, repair...etc...so there will be a revenue stream to EDig, albeit not great at least at first, from each customer as long as that customer uses the eVu.

Enough, I have already passed my limit and am quite angry at myself. If you have any direct questions you wish to ask, if I have knowledge and an answer I will be more than happy to tell what I know...
