But not entirely unexpected. No, the orders don`t come across my desk, but it isn`t hard to make a judgement call of what the probability might be that those orders could be held up for some reason (based on previously suggested timeframes, the relative passage of time, and the lack of any supporting statements or news that could help confirm the originally stated plans). But this is all too much for many of the more vocal ones here to understand or accept. Much easier to argue with the tried and true ‘how do you know it isn`t...?` line. For the record (which isn`t much on Agora), I saw something like this coming, said so, and only got snide/sarcastic comments in return. So be it. It`s not like this place has exactly been used for much serious discussion. It`s mostly full of petty bickering and useless socialization. Well excuse me, but this happens to be pretty discouraging news even though it`s typical EDIG.

There. Now I`ve stated the obvious. Yak all you want about it. I`m too disgusted to post further today.
