Upon preliminary review of the following it looks to me as if digecor`s effort was nothing more than an attempt to eliminate EDIG from competing in the IFE market. I wouldn`t be surprised if it got dismissed based on these legal agreements and subsequent eVU developments.

And then Maycom is coming around....just about the time when the digeplayerXT is to be produced. Anyone think digecor interfered to delay matters until they got their own manufacturing house in order???
