Thanks for your perspective. Here is mine at this point: So what`s the deal and controversey about Maycom and digEcor not getting their order of players? I thought EDIG was not delivering to digEcor because of Maycom`s failure to deliver. Is Maycom now delivering for/to EDIG so the players get to digEcor? If that is the case, then why is there a lawsuit? Was it just that one order that didn`t get delivered? Has EDIG found a new OEM to build and ship the digEplayer to digEcor? I still find it hard to see the good news in this for EDIG.

Good news to me would be Mezzo Movies ordering thousands of eVUs from EDIG and PAYING for them NOW. Good news would be that the lawsuit was dropped. Is digEcor using the tech in the digEplayers without EDIG permission? and having someone else build them? Like Triad or Maycom? That could be good news for a counter suit or patent infringement! Is digEcor going to keep selling the player and blame EDIG for every order they don`t fill? And how on earth is EDIG going to sell to Mezzo Movies and still sell to digEcor. ( Although Atul told me the tech for the eVU is different enough to allow for it, but do you think digEcor is going to just say OK to that? ) These are exciting times indeed and full of opportunity for the winners.
