For those of you into price per square foot and triple net considerations, take note of EDIG`s reduction of leased space for their opperations.

``we recently vacated our previous corporate offices and moved into a 4,800+ sq. ft. facility located at 16770 West Bernardo Drive,``

Then consider the way in which PTSC reduced its amount of leased square footage and the reasoning behind that,

Description of Property

We have one 3,300 square foot office space located at 6183 Paseo Del Norte, Suite 180, Carlsbad, California. The facility is leased through April, 2009. We have vacated one 10,300 square foot office located at 10989 Via Frontera, San Diego, California. That facility is leased through July 2006.

Do the reasons for reducing office square footage have any similarities besides cost! I wonder if there will be a staff reduction as well. I mean, could they be getting ready to just rely on royalty payments for revenue like PTSC?
