Got it, and you`re probably right re: little to no revenues (that aren`t in jeopardy) over the last six mnoths. But my point is that one would think there is little problem (other than further dilution) in obtaining funds (hopefully under better terms than in the past). If my WAG of 50M shares available is anywhere near correct - should be ``worth`` around $5M, and that should be way more than enough to resolve disputes and support operations for a couple/few of years sans any income at all. The doors ain`t closin` any time ``soon`` (and I`m using the EDIG definition of ``soon`` LOL).
