EDIG got 100M shares authorized/registered at end of last summer. Some have been used already, but there`s somewhere around 50M (more?) still available. Obtaining a measely $1.2M ain`t a problem, with only minor dilution (as described in my post).

And Maycom, though supposedly strapped for cash, certainly has many assets that could be liquidated (at court direction) to reimburse EDIG. Might take some time, but interest on the debt would accrue.

So if by some stretch DigeCor prevailed on the digEplayer production issue, it wouldn`t be that damaging to EDIG (possible loss of profit and manufacturing oversight fee and legal fees; a few hundred K). If by some extreme stretch DigeCor prevailed on the non-compete issue, I would think it would only apply to IFE (and maybe railroads). Hard to justify ``competition`` in arenas where DigeCor has never sold, and only ``advertised`` such other market pursuit in the past couple of months (weeks?, and after how many years? It`s more than obvious that the ``advertising`` is purely to support their claim).
