As I understood it based on excerpts of those contracts per the digeCor suit filings, there was an exclusivity clause in the very old EDIG/APS contract, but that contract was superceded by a subsequent contract between EDIG/Wencor which did not include the exclusivity clause and specifically stated that ``this agreement supercedes prior agreements`` (about which I was elated - IMO that virtually kills any Wencor arguments in this regard, leaving only the highly suspect Maycom debackle in the suit).
