OK, I thought about it. As to the statement quoted, EDIG had no way then but that didn`t/doesn`t mean it could in the future. I still don`t know for sure what was in the clause about non-competition. But I do understand that people who make things such as cars or guns can`t be responsible for what the people they sell them to do with them. ( perhaps that is debateable ) So if EDIG sell the eVU to a distrubutor rather than an airline directly, they can`t be responsible for where the distributor sell/lease them. Mezzo doesn`t have a contract with Wencor/digecor as far as I know. If I wanted to buy a thousand eVUs to hold as a collectors item, I guess EDIG would still sell them to me and Wencor couldn`t do a think about it. I also could pass them out to friends and family and so what? What if they decided to sell them to who ever on EBay, could EDIG control that? Of course there is the whole content thing to think about, but then perhaps by then the kiosks will be ready!
