I hear ya, but I seriously doubt it. Think about the timing of reported events. Mezzo did their trial/proof of concept with EasyJet last year. EVU wasn`t available until this year (Jan/Feb/Mar).

Now here`s a scary thought - what if Mezzo/EasyJet used digEs for the trial? As we have read many, many, many, many many, many, many many, many, many times, when Mezzo put out the older ``agnostic`` PR, the digE was the first device mentioned. And if this occurred, were they supplied by digEcor or EDIG direct to Mezzo? And then they pick EDIG for their vast experience.... Don`t mean to be an alarmist, but such a thing could have happened.

Now, if EDIG supplied digEs direct to Mezzo for the EasyJet trials, that would greatly strengthen BOW`s litigation position. If DigeCor supplied `em, that would certainly explain BOW`s ire in losing the business (though I understand that digEcor would be supplying through another tier, thus probably reducing digeCor`s margins. But such an arrangement would relieve the digeCor concerns - or their customers cited concerns - over robust content, since Mezzo has it).

And if the digE wasn`t used in the trials, the above goes away, but so does conjecture of EDIG working with Mezzo for any length of time, most likely.

Sorry to shoot a flare in the opposite direction....
