No, BAD point. No, EDIG didn`t find a way around the (probably non-existent) exclusivity clause. Think! When that clause was incorporated in that old contract, was there any way for EDIG to sell directly to airlines? NO! So why incorpoate it if there was no way it could be applied? The exclusivity pertained to end use (as virtually all exclusivity clauses do - that`s the clear intent; otherwise, what would be the point?). The hype here is getting a little out of control. And BTW, in case you haven`t noticed, IT AIN`T WORKING! LOL

As a result of Mezzo, we may be getting a small order for some trial units. That`s good. But that`s about it for the near term, at least on the IFE front. Just a little reality check....
