Although I am buoyed by such optimism from a shareholder such as yourself, I am completely underwhelmed by MezzoMovies.

I understand your concern, but I`m reading this a little differently - and for you I will explain further.

Where`s the substance? This looks more like the Emperor`s New Clothes.

The substance will reveal itself very soon. I may be reading too much into this, but it seems to me more like no one knew the Emperor was even in the room - much less what he was wearing. Mezzo is only now revealing itself to the competition and I believe that is very much by design.

These 2 ``ex-grocery store executives`` haven`t sold anything to anyone in 2 years. Sound familiar?

Not really - and not completely accurate. There may be 2 principal people but there are 5 total in the organization - each bringing different strengths. They haven`t sold anything yet because that hasn`t been the intent. I think they`ve been very carefully hatching a true business PLAN and are only now ready to put it into practice. A lot of work has been going on behind the scenes that we don`t fully appreciate. Read the Feb. 28 article again. And don`t confuse your local grocery store with a multi-billion-pound British supermarket chain. I`ll bet these guys know what they`re doing.

Have we stumbled upon Aeromedia`s equally worthless British counterpart?

I seriously doubt it. Don`t know of course but believe e.Digital has probably been working with these folks for awhile now - perhaps even more than a year. Again I think this could prove to be just the symbiotic relationship we`ve been looking for. e.Digital makes the devices, Mezzo sells ‘em. APS/Wencor/Digecor never knew how to be aggressive and never made the effort to understand the market they created. Mezzo appears to ``get it``.

Still holding 300,000+ shares, but very wary of this fluff PR.

And I hold a more conservative number of relatively high-priced shares that I`m still hoping to see back in the black someday. The PR wasn`t fluff. It was the first PR that confirmed we indeed have a partner to help us sell the eVU. We know an order will be announced this month. The size of that initial order isn`t as important as the commitment level of Mezzo and e.Digital to bring about a revolution in the handheld IFE market and to ultimately own it. They`ve made all the right moves thus far to do just that.
