After reading the last few posts I began to wonder about the exclusion part of EDIG`s deal with APS/Wencor where EDIG couldn`t be selling to the airlines. That is how I recall the deal. However, in reading the latest press releases it seems to me that EDIG is not selling the eVU to the airlines. EDIG is selling it to Mezzo Movies and they are the ones leasing it to the airlines! I wonder if that my be another reason BOW is upset, because EDIG found a way around the exclusion part of the contract.
