Sorry to be so late in responding, what with news and all (and watching PTSC in disbelief). Anyway, though I haven`t read the digital voice recorder patent again recently, as I recall the beauty of it IS the absense of MOS in that patent. Therefore, infringement of that patent would seem much easier to prove. In my recollection, the patent is written very broad and, at first blush, appears to be being infringed on a fairly large scale - hence, most promising.

But I KNOW nuttin`!
