If the purpose had been to sell the IP to BOW and therefore sell EDig to BOW, then I am sure the asking price would have been quite a lot higher,....much higher than $25,000 for ``work done for BOW``.....That payment was not to buy EDig`s IP.....

Also why would EDig entertain any thought ``giving away the farm`` when it seems we are on the precipise of doing some real good business.....IFE order/orders....Hospital, rental car...etc.....``seemingly coming to fruition`` (I know, I know)...maybe`s... but still if I were running this company right now, it would not be the time I would contemplate ``giving the farm away`` We are now operating from a position of strength we didn`t have before....

If patent infringement occurs it will not be for a while. So EDig has to operate on the now....and they seem to be looking pretty good....
