EDig has a million share ``poison pill`` out there. Does that sound like they would be entertaining any takeover offers.

If patent infringement attorney`s or companies like TPL are necessary to go forward do you think EDig would ``give the farm away`` just to get the ball rolling and ``PERHAPS`` a return somewhere down the road??????????????????

Maybe a significant percentage but not a 50-50 partnership or anything close to that....If they did that it would mean ``giving the farm away`` and if there is one thing EDig has shown over the years is ``THEY WILL NEVER GIVE THE FARM AWAY``....If EDig did that it would mean EDig would not exist...

If anything should convince anyone of the above it is EDig`s relationship with Bow. The officers of EDig could be sitting on some heavy moola right now had they taken the easy course any just allowed BOW the IP he wanted. THEY DID NOT....and we still have the farm..
