RE: Looking to invest in EDIG

Some here are discussing the idea of TLP becoming a ``partner`` with EDIG to license the EDIG tech to the infringers ( as TPL ) did for PTSC. Of course PTSC is now, by my way of thinking dependant on TPL. They have a locked contract with each other over the disputed patent and things seem to be working out for everyone. Sort of a trade off, independence and very little or partnering and a portion of huge revenues. I really would like to see EDIG succeed on its own. I have had too many stocks with great tech that have been bought out and I never really got the benefit of the revenues from the tech. But so far ( 5 years plus ) EDIG doesn`t seem to have been able to succeed in a way that is profitable to me or other shareholders. Perhaps with this eVU EDIG will really do it!! If EDIG were to partner with TPL how would that be? If PTSC were to buy EDIG or merge how would that be different than EDIG partnering with TPL alone? TPL is the umbrella company with each revenue stream being one of the spokes. They would all be related. At one point about a year ago DP talked about PTSC being an umbrella company with many spokes. I guess EDIG could remain somewhat independent with a parnering of TPL or could be merged with PTSC and be ``guided`` by TPL , which indeed might make for a lopsided umbrella! ( unless other spokes are created, which is what I think DP has in mind- though not necessarily with EDIG ).
