IMO..They wouldn`t...they work in different disciplines of technology....that`s not to say that a combination is not possible.
PTSC now competes with processor schemes such as ARM(RISC single clock cycle computing).
The Fish clock is used in CISC computing dual clock cycle computing...PTSC has moved on and collects on past infringement.
