Long before that he had already cut EDIG loose, with his decision to switch to Triad, in an effort to avoid paying EDIG via a less expensive alternative, imo.
The lawsuit is a smokescreen to thrwart the move in IFE to e.Digital...a better and cheaper option than digecor could offer. EDIG has stated all along that it is working the Korea (Maycom) angle and has been informed by Maycom of their efforts to accomodate. The rush to a law suit by digecor is not as much about breach as it is to squelch its competition...with the irony being, they created it...lol.
