The reason you don`t get it is because you`re trying to tie the wrong two things together. DigEcor has threatened, in their suit, to stop EDIG from selling its new eVU ANYWHERE. That`s what warrants this response from EDIG. That`s what digEcor did to EDIG, and a much larger threat IMO. It was virtually equal to ``we`re going to put EDIG out of business``. Is that sufficient justification to threaten a revoke of licenses? Tit for tat....

As for the 1,250 digEs, the obvious question is why oh why did digEcor make final payment to Maycom after sending a rep to Maycom to discover that the units were (supposedly) never produced? Generosity?

The EDIG PR was pretty much what I expected. A reasoned response to digEcor, some minor progress on monetizing IP, a little on eVU (no significant orders), and something about IFE (with an order for eVUs - but keep in mind that this is most likely for some trial units only - nothing to get too excited about). The latter, however, is I`m nearly certain why digEcor ``openned up`` on EDIG - stepping into their supposed turf with a superior product - at this point in time. And I`m still somewhat convinced this whole Maycom debackle was orchestrated to hurt EDIg and, more importantly, buy time for Traid to complete a viable competing product.

Please respond to the question of para 2 above. And the answer ``yes, because they (digEcor) are generous`` won`t cut it!

TIA,

SGE
