Yep. Gil convinced me that the whole IP thing has more legs than I thought possible. I don`t see EDIG as another PTSC, but if a serious sugar daddy legal eagle swoops in to take on EDIG`s IP, that will be a very good sign that the patents have merit as a marketable license. The goal is not a courtroom, it is a license. The courtroom is just the stick that we hope lies still.

PTSC gives up 50% plus their portion of the legal fees. I`d take that deal if TPL believed in the project.
