End of May cometh...

It`s about that time. We should get some level of update in the next two days.
Speculation:
1) If the previous Q revs are announced, they could be very low, similar to the last Q report numbers. IMO, it is unlikely EDIG had a pile of unknown business to ship and the Wencor order / revs are in question -- just to state the obvious.
2) An update about the Wencor lawsuit with a possible (probable) counter suit should be included. EDIG still has the problem of filling the order via Maycom or another source should Maycom actually be in financial ruin. IMO, an injunction to keep EDIG from selling anything is unlikely. However, it may postpone new business and purchase orders while customers wait for the outcome. I think this will be resolved, but it could be a bit nasty. Wencor will stall and EDIG will need to push to get this behind them.
3) IMO, the best news we can get is verifiable confirmation that some entity has purchased enough eVU units to consider it a ``volume`` order. If EDIG has a military project in the wind, that would also be good news, IMO. I don`t believe any of us will get rich holding EDIG stock this year, but positive sales results would be a very good indicator of EDIG`s newest business model and President Willy.
4) IP license deal will not happen until an IP sugar daddy legal team is convinced they can to go after those mean ole copy cats and win. My guess is that prosess has only begun and EDIG does not have a legal partner at this time. (Signing that deal would be good news and a big surprise to me) The key is what EDIG gives up to have their IP patents get their day in a potential court. I would gladly give a large percentage if a strong legal partner believes they can win. If EDIG signs a deal, it validates a lot of statements made by management through the years. If no deal is emminent or progressing, that also says something.
Just guessin` -- Comments?
