It appears digecor is trying to litigate this in a public forum...

Why else print two accounts, to your defense, on your website when you are a privately held company, with no shareholders to answer to and while currently initiating litigation against a business partner and now possible competitor that digecor created by bailing out on EDIG and moving to Triad????
Smart move digecor...no product to sell, a lawsuit and a new competitor that you created. EDIG always maintained that as they would be true to digecor and not compete with a current customer. Than has all changed.
Manipulate the public company perhaps, or remove a potential competitor that has the eVU in hand with another manufacturer? Digecor would want to delay that possibility as long as possible, imo, while it searches to solve its manufacturing problem.
No doubt digecor has a case to recoup their deposits for undelivered product, and no doubt they have to name EDIG in order to begin that process, but that is just the surface, imo, as there is much more at stake here than just $750K in lost deposits.
e.Digital is well known in IFE circles as being the force behind the ``IFE Product of the Year``. Per EDIG, airlines are contacting them...
