If you were BOW and were planning to restructure digecor to cut costs and eliminate supposed manufacturing issues, would you ``announce`` to the world your plans to severe ties with EDIG by hiring Triad as your ``new`` partner before you had an alternative market-ready product to offer to your customers?

Who knows how it will all play out but it appears BOW has made some missteps rather than grow the business he bought with the partners he inherited. Instead he is in a lawsuit with no product to offer his customers, incurring the costs of creating his own assembly line (like there were no other manufacturers on the planet to turn to) while he risks losing market share to his competition, new and old.
