I agree with your analysis.
If the players would have been delivered in January as promised by Maycom and edig, then I doubt if we would have a lawsuit on our hands.
This should have been settled in Jan. by all three parties.
All this has cost us another 4 months delay, reducing our focus on selling eVUs and addressing the IP patent issue.
We need to know exactly what the problem was, if it was Maycom or an outside influence by ``X``, then a lawsuit should be filed to one or both parties, in addition to responding to DigEcor`s lawsuit.
