While I am pleased to see all the interest in the continuing EDig`s IFE interest among all of you, remember EDig`s busniness plan has future IFE involvement, without BOW, on the second or third tier of importance in their future. The primary focus in the eVu with hospitals, cruise lines, car rentals,..etc... In fact I believe the powers to be at EDig were a little surprised at the direct calls from individual airlines. Also the IFE business is finite. Just so many units can be sold to a limited number of airlines out there. The profit potential of the IFE is NOWHERE NEAR what hospitals...etc... would be.

However, BOW`s lawsuit has provided EDig with an opportunity (IMO) to turn the IFE situation into a larger potential than normal business ever would have. If a countersuit in instigated and won, if advertised correctly, EDig`s phone ``will be ringing off the hook``.

BOW is an arrogant, and now I think rather stupid, individual. He purchased APS, AND YOU CAN BET HE THOUGHT HE WAS BUYING THE ``WHOLE MAGILLA``, all the customers and ALL THE IP. When he found out he only owned the shell I can just imagine the hole in his office ceiling when he blew his top knowing he and his attorneys did not do their due diligence and screwed themselves. Because of his arrogance and stupidity and his overwhelming, obsessive desire for control he HAD to treat EDig as an adversary, not a partner. FRom the start, he attempted to destroy EDig in order to gain his control over the DP`s IP. Fortunately EDig didn`t role over and play dead. But BOW`s stupidity come to the forefront by rejecting EDig`s proven IP in order to satisfy his arrogance. He had the entire handheld IFE business world in his hand with EDig and he rejected it because he is an idiot.

To me the worst thing ANY INDIVIDUAL can do to himself, bar none, in his/her life experience is ``TO SHOOT YOURSELF IN YOUR OWN FOOT``. BOW has done so.

I believe BOW is now paying the price for that ``hole in his foot``. Just using logic and common sense (IMO) his Triad experience has not worked to his benefit, at least not now. He has lost an enormous amount of time and potental business from airlines by going that route.

It is my opinion that BOW`s lawsuit against EDig is a sure fire confirmation of that. I believe the upcoming product from Triad, either: has problems coming to market and is nowhere near the quality product of the eVu and BOW KNOWS IT. The lawsuit is a deliberate attempt to squash Edig in the IFE market. NOTHING MORE...It is an attempt to delay an entry EDig can affect into their own IFE market while BOW tries to fix and improve his offerings.

I think BOW is in trouble in the IFE market THERE HAS SIMPLY BEEN TOO MUCH TIME WITH NO PRODUCT OR NO NEW ANNOUNCED AIRLINES SIGNING UP.

This all with EDig concentrating on other areas, not really primarily interested in the IFE market. BOW has just ramped up EDig`s importance and perhaps interest in that market.
