I talked with R.P. and he was his usual optimistic self. He re-iterated news by the end of this month. Looks like they will file a ``counter-suit`` against digecor on the grounds of digecor`s suit simply being a brazen attempt to interfere with e.digital`s business prospects, but nothing with merit according to legal team. It appears that digecor is wanting to drag this thing out for as long as they can to get an edge over EDIG, and EDIG isn`t having it, thus is looking for a speedy trial? 3 business days left, tomorrow?
