Hmm...Very good point. All the parties involved as ``customers`` will be watching this one play out. It certainly affects their biz plans and Wencor may feel that pain soon. Working with vendors is a two way street. Wencor customers may be less likely to pony up the higher price tag knowing there is a legal issue in the background. EDIG could actually come out of this drama better than when entering. The market does not seem to care as the pps is basically where it was and very few are running to the exits at this point.

I suspect a counter complaint or a resolution plan will be filed / published before the end of the first week of June.

If EDIG has a deal in the bag that is substantial, all bets are off and we could see some positive pps movement even with poor Q numbers. The bottom line is proving EDIG tech has a market.

An IP sugar daddy partner announcement would be nice, but not expected, IMO.
