I remain of the opinion that FLRC is buying. While I previously opined that they were only buying on the bid, it is now nearly certain that they are now buying on the ask. They are alone at the ask (which hasn`t been the case too often - certainly not as often as they`ve been alone at the bid, or at least in play at the bid), and volume is flowing primarily at the ask. Why buying at the ask NOW? Why not? They`ve managed to drop the price to a point where they are in good stead at the bid or ask....And they can now exercise nearly absolute control.

Why to I maintain this opinion about FLRC buying? Because I just can`t get past the ``Fulcrum`` in their name. As EL first pointed out, a fulcrum is a pivot point from which to gain leverage. How does an entity gain leverage in a security by selling? They can`t; only by buying. By virtue of its name, and their performance as we`ve witnessed, these guys are expert in orchestrating ``stealth`` buying of large quantities at an ever-more-appealing PPS. Somebody(ies) gaining leverage, and I still think it`s somebody(ies) that are a prospective or existing customer, possibly two/three tiers away from EDIG, but that are hip to our ship.

That`s my opinion and I`m sticking to it, cuz I KNOW nuttin`!
