That is true. We will know something any day now...about what and how much info remains to be seen.

eVU was supposedly in manufacturing a while back, orders in hand, so an update there should definitely be on the agenda.

IP protection should also give us an idea if EDIG has a case to make with respect to its patents. The evaluation period has been ongoing, so an update there is in order.

As for a list of infringers...I suspect that would come after a formal announcement of a partnership and not before.

I`ll take anything at this point...lol.
