Admittedly we can expect some kind of `update` by the end of the month as they`ve stated. But I doubt we`ll get so far as a list of infringers at this early date. I`d expect this to unfold in stages over time and the mere selection of an IP partner is about the most I`d be willing to hope for - and I think even that is unlikely.

More likely is a few statements about `progress being made` on the IP front - along with the same sort of language regarding Maycom and the lawsuit. No dates or details and nothing definitive - still many unknowns and `more news to come`. What I`m really hoping for (and what I think just may happen) is some sort of announcement regarding a customer for the eVU - even if the customer is not yet named. The timing is about right for this given the hints we`ve received and as I`ve said earlier, the lawsuit filing would seem to support the idea that we HAVE indeed sold something (and therefore `unjustly enriched ourselves` - HA!)

But of course, we`ll see.

And BTW, I like the concept of Mezzo Movies apparently concentrating on using Handheld IFE not just to appease or attract passengers, but as a profit center in and of itself thus adding real monetary value for the airlines. That at least was my impression from the PR. It`s just this sort of concept that e.Digital should be pursuing. Show companies how they can make real money with a customized eVU and it becomes an easy sell.
