I think you and others are missing one key point/question: Why was digEcor visiting Maycom in January? All prior digEs came from them (at least during Wencor/digEcor`s tenure), and we never heard of them visiting Maycom`s facilities before, AND digEcor was paying EDIG to perform manufacturing oversight (so why would digEcor go to the expense of sending people to Maycom/So. Korea to perform a function that they were already paying EDIG to do?). These are the things, IMO, that prompt conjecture about digEcor somehow mucking things up.
